Technical Analysis 101
From BSC
There are some important technical aspects developing in the stock market. Most of the talking heads on brain-wash-ovision, will tell you that we are in a recovery rally. I beg to differ. I’ve included some technical analysis which shows exactly why we are in bad shape. Hopefully the notations on the charts are easy enough to understand without much investment experience. I’ve used the S&P 500 as the data set, since it has been most influenced by the bailout program, as it is comprised of mainly financial stocks.
Fundamentally the rally in the broad stockmarket from early in March is viewed as being the result of a combination of media hype, wishful thinking and short covering, but there may be more to it than that – it would appear that a sizeable proportion of the TARP (Troubled Asset Relief Program) funds not thus far deployed have been used to drive up the stockmarkets in order to create a positive environment for the banks to issue secondary shares and thus raise equity. While this is perfectly understandable, it also means that once the banks have finished selling this stock to the public, or the market is simply exhausted by being soaked in this way, it is likely to go into reverse in a big way.

Bilderberg 2009 attendee list
From BSC
I’ve had some responses from people asking, so who are the people that have instituted this global conspiracy. The following is a list of attendees of the 2009 Bilderberg meeting in Greece, which took place May 14-17th. The original list was in Greek, but I’ve added some name translations with hyperlinks to their wikipedia pages where available. This list is not perfect, and neither is the translation, but it is a starting point. You might find it interesting that this group of the worlds most influental and powerful people met this weekend, without a single mention of it in the mainstream media. Just ask yourself, in terms of journalistic importance, why would all the major US news outlets report on who won the latest round of American Idol, yet completely ignore a meeting of the biggest players in global banking and government.

Alex Jones among top 50 Lycos search terms
Political journalist and filmmaker “Alex Jones” appeared among the top 50 search terms used in the Lycos search engine. Order is randomized so the exact rank can not be determined from this screenshot. However, type size indicates it is one of the most popular terms.
Kudos to Alex and the Infowars team for filling the vacuum left by the sellout corporate media. People are desperate for ethical journalism that cites sources, and this Lycos ranking cloud shows that they are finding Alex and Infowars in large numbers.
Just be sure to capitalize properly! Now I remember why I don’t use Lycos.

Homeland Security Agents Pull Ohio Libraries’ Haz-Mat Documents
American Libraries Association
It all began March 26, when a woman came to the reference desk and asked Martha Lee of the Bluffton (Ohio) Public Library for the Allen County Hazardous Materials Emergency Plan. Lee told American Libraries that after receiving the appropriate binder, the woman declared, “You can’t have it back.” The patron removed the materials and substituted a letter stating that the haz-mat manual would be “available for public inspection” at Allen County’s Homeland Security Office, although “proper ID may be required” to access it. According to Lee, the woman also said, “Well, I have a whole list of libraries I have to visit.”
Apparently, one of them was Lima Public Library, where Homeland Security agents flashed their badges and announced that they had come to “update” the emergency-plan binder. The reference staff later found that the same letter had been substituted for the manual. “It’s information that probably doesn’t belong on our library shelf,” Lima Public Library’s Head of Public Relations Karen Sommer told American Libraries, noting that Allen County contains both an oil refinery and the only military-tank-manufacturing plant still operating in the U.S. She added, “What we really had a problem with was the way it was handled”—namely the apparent presumption that librarians might not cooperate otherwise.
Paul Rider of the environmental group Ohio Citizen Action was far less sympathetic. Denouncing the documents’ relocation “as a pretext to push through an agenda that has nothing to do with terrorism,” he told American Libraries that the action furthered the chemical industry’s goal of “shutting down the right to know so their pesky neighbors won’t pester them about the soot that’s landing in their yards.”

You Tube Free Speech Purge Accelerates, Infowarrior Channel Banned
But more Alex Jones videos appearing on video networking site than ever before as censorship backfires

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet.com
Tuesday, May 12, 2009You Tube accelerated its aggressive purge against free speech today after the video networking website suspended the Infowarrior Channel, which was the replacement for the previously censored Alex Jones Channel.
When attempting to visit the Infowarrior Channel this morning, one is met with the message, “This account is suspended.”
Just as before, no credible reason has been provided for the suspension of channel. The original Alex Jones Channel was suspended because You Tube claimed that showing a computer print out of a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette news article on camera constituted “copyright violation,” despite the fact that the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette denied ever making a copyright complaint.
The real reason for the censorship is of course You Tube’s move towards becoming nothing more than a corporate shell for big studio production companies. The company is hemmoraging money because its current format is not a sustainable business model. However, despite doing what any normal company would do in such a situation and accepting advertising, You Tube has decided to just hand over the direction of its whole content to corporate interests.
According to communication we have had with You Tube employees, You Tube has abandoned any pretense of copyright claims and is now embarking on a blanket campaign to ban all Alex Jones videos from their website.
However, You Tube’s decision to ban both the Infowarrior and the Alex Jones Channel has seemingly backfired, with more Alex Jones videos appearing on You Tube than ever before.
A general video search by date of the term “alex jones” on the You Tube website shows that You Tube users have met our challenge to fight back against Internet censorship, not by admitting defeat and abandoning You Tube, but by bombarding the website with more Alex Jones video uploads than ever before.
Not only are there multiple times more Alex Jones videos being added to You Tube on an hourly basis, but they are being uploaded from numerous different user accounts, making it difficult for You Tube to target individual accounts for suspension.
At time of writing, the first two pages of Alex Jones related videos, when one searches by “recently added,” have been uploaded by no less than 14 different user accounts.

Screenshot shows different Alex Jones videos being uploaded by numerous different user accounts. The London Daily News has now picked up on the story, reporting on its website, “Radio and internet journalist Alex Jones has been censored by the internet giant Youtube with the removal of the “Alex Jones Channel” from the site, causing revulsion across the United States and Europe, in what is increasingly being seen as another example of a “Big Brother” intervention in the democratic process.”
“Increasingly YouTube has been scorned for its move away from its foundation of “free speech video” to being seen as part of the establishment it tried to redefine when it was first established,” states the report.
In a related development, Google Video has now suspended all new content from being uploaded and is re-directing users to You Tube, where full videos longer than 10 minutes cannot be uploaded without a special “director” account.
“If current videos will remain online, and for how long is anyone’s guess. The move to suspend all new content from being uploaded adds another attempt to the growing list of methods used to remove viral content from the Internet that is damaging to the Establishment and the New World Order,” writes Mark Dice of the Resistance Manifesto.
We would normally encourage people to subscribe to the new official Alex Jones channel on You Tube, The Infowarrior, but since that has now also been banned we can only reiterate our challenge for You Tube users to continue to upload Alex Jones videos in large quantities in order to break down the electronic Berlin Wall that You Tube and other large video sharing websites are apparently trying to erect at the behest of their corporate masters.
You Tube’s disdain for free speech is rivaled only by their unsurpassed stupidity. Don’t they realize that the more Alex Jones channels they ban, the more resentment they will create amongst You Tube users? This will only lead to more Alex Jones related videos being posted on You Tube. In engaging in this wanton censorship, You Tube is only making a rod for its own back.
While allowing all kinds of x-rated trash to appear on a website that is frequented by millions of children, You Tube is waging a war on free speech and the alternative media by consistently banning our video channels under phony pretexts invented as a way to hide the real reason behind the purge – You Tube’s transformation from a much-loved and popular user-driven video website to a hollow shell that puts the interests of its corporate sponsors above those of the people who helped make it one of the biggest websites in the world today.
Perhaps You Tube should be renamed “Corporate Tube,” because the “You” is certainly being taken out of the equation altogether.

Homeland Security document labels all freedom loving citizens as terrorists
From BSC
All of these obviously NON terrorist groups, are classified as terrorists and lumped in with other real terrorist groups like Aryan Nation Prison gangs, and violent anti-semitic hate groups, in this Department of Homeland Security document.
This document can broadly classify ANYONE as a terrorist. Please read it. Please pass it on. Below you will find a selection of the most dangerous parts and some comments. The full PDF is linked below.
This product provides definitions for key terms and phrases that often appear in DHS analysis that addresses the nature and scope of the threat that domestic, non-Islamic extremism poses to theUnited States.
- Notice how it says domesitc, non-Islamic extremism…. aka Americans.
(U) alternative media (U//FOUO)
A term used to describe various information sources that provide a forum for interpretations of events and issues that differ radically from those presented in mass media products and outlets.- If your story doesn’t match the ‘official’ story, you are a terrorist. This crushes the 1st amendment, freedom of the press, freedom of speech.
(U) decentralized terrorist movement (U//FOUO)
A movement of groups or individuals who pursue shared ideological goals through tactics of leaderless resistance independent of any larger terrorist organization.- Any individual can be branded a terrorist, just for having ideological goals. He doesn’t even have to be part of a terrorist group.
(U) direct action (U//FOUO)
Lawful or unlawful acts of civil disobedience ranging from protests to property destruction or acts of violence. This term is most often used by single-issue or anarchist extremists to describe their activities.-It says LAWFUL ACTS of CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE AND PROTEST is TERRORISM!
(U) hacktivism (U//FOUO) (A portmanteau of “hacking” and “activism.”)
The use of cyber technologies to achieve a political end, or technology-enabled political or social activism. Hacktivism might include website defacements, denial-of-service attacks, hacking into the target’s network to introduce malicious software (malware), or information theft.-The first sentence translates that using a technology for politics, like reporting political news on the internet, is terrorism!
(U) leaderless resistance (U//FOUO)
A strategy that stresses the importance of individuals and small cells acting independently and anonymously outside formalized organizational structures to enhance operational security and avoid detection. It is used by many types of domestic extremists.-Again, any random person can be called an ‘individual cell’ and be branded a terrorist.
(U) militia movement (U//FOUO)
A rightwing extremist movement composed of groups or individuals who adhere to an antigovernment ideology often incorporating various conspiracy theories. Members oppose most federal and state laws, regulations, and authority (particularly firearms laws and regulations) and often conduct paramilitary training designed to resist perceived government interference in their activities or to overthrow the U.S. overnment through the use of violence. (also: citizens militia, unorganized militia)-So people who believe in the 2nd amendment are terrorists, even though it says we have the right to bear arms and form militias.
(U) patriot movement (U//FOUO)
A term used by rightwing extremists to link their beliefs to those commonly associated with the American Revolution. The patriot movement primarily comprises violent antigovernment groups such as militias and sovereign citizens. (also: Christian patriots, patriot group, Constitutionalists, Constitutionist)-If you think the American Revolution was a good thing, or you believe in the Constitution, you are a terrorist.
(U) sovereign citizen movement (U//FOUO)
A rightwing extremist movement composed of groups or individuals who reject the notion of U.S. citizenship. They claim to follow only what they believe to be God’s law or common law and the original 10 amendments (Bill of Rights) to the U.S. Constitution. They believe they are emancipated from all other responsibilities associated with being a U.S. citizen, such as paying taxes, possessing a driver’s license and motor vehicle registration, or holding a social security number. They generally do not recognize federal or state government authority or laws. Several sovereign citizen groups in the United States produce fraudulent documents for their members in lieu of legitimate government-issued forms of identification. Members have been known to advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts of violence and terrorism in an attempt to advance their extremist goals. They often target government officials and law enforcement. (also: state citizens, freemen, preamble citizens, common law citizens)-Again if you believe in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, which are the supreme laws of America… you are a terrorist.
(U) tax resistance movement (U//FOUO)
Groups or individuals who vehemently believe taxes violate their constitutional rights. Among their beliefs are that wages are not income, that paying income taxes is voluntary, and that the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which allowed Congress to levy taxes on income, was not properly ratified. Members have been known to advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts of violence and terrorism in an attempt to advance their extremist goals. They often target government entities such as the Internal Revenue Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. (also: tax protest movement, tax freedom movement, antitax movement)-Taxes do violate your rights, wages are not income, paying income taxes is voluntary as per IRS code, and the 16th amendment DID NOT receive enough votes to be properly ratified. So if you know the truth and believe it, you are a terrorist.

Internal Glaxo Smith Kline memo: Free hallucinogenic Tamiflu for employees!
Internal Glaxo Smith Kline memo shows the company is implementing “pandemic flu plan,” employees being provided with Tamiflu or Relenza prescription anti-virals medication. Employees are asked to determine whether they should take prescription drugs on their own, without a prescription or doctor visit.
The following is from Tamiflu.com:
People with the flu, particularly children and adolescents, may be at an increased risk of self injury and confusion shortly after taking TAMIFLU and should be closely monitored for signs of unusual behavior. A healthcare professional should be contacted immediately if the patient taking TAMIFLU shows any signs of unusual behavior.
Tamiflu is hallucinogenic, and in some doctors’ opinoins breeds stronger more dangerous flu viruses. This would be akin to a drug company passing out free antibiotics. We need to use these drugs to treat only what they’re intended to treat, to avoid building up resistant strains.
Relenza does not sound much safer:
In studies, the most common side effects with RELENZA have been headaches; diarrhea; nausea; vomiting; nasal irritation; bronchitis; cough; sinusitis; ear, nose, and throat infections; and dizziness. Other side effects that have been reported, but were not as common, include rashes and allergic reactions, some of which were severe.
Certainly both of these drugs should be prescribed after confirmation of actual influenza virus, not just left up to patients to guess whether they have the flu or a cold, strep, or any number of other possible infections that could be confused for the flu.
GSK internal email about Swine Flu:
Activation of GSK’s Pandemic Flu Plan:
what US employees need to know and doThe swine flu story dominating the news has detailed the movement of the virus from Mexico to other parts of the world. The global spread of the disease has led the World Health Organization to upgrade its alert system to Phase 5, meaning the virus has spread from human-to-human across countries. The declaration of Phase 5 is a strong signal that a pandemic is imminent and the time to prepare is now. This is reason for concern; however, it is not a reason to panic.
GSK has a robust pandemic flu preparedness plan in place that the Corporate Executive Team is now activating. As North America President of US Pharmaceuticals, I am responsible for implementing the pandemic flu plan for the US, and would like to take this opportunity to share with you the following information about the plan and what you need to do to help protect yourself and your family.
The Flu Information Source on myGSK
All employees should frequent the Flu Information Source on the home page of myGSK. There you will find everything you need to know about the company’s comprehensive plan to sustain GSK’s supply of critical medicines for patients, and to protect GSK’s employees and their families in the event of a flu pandemic. All flu updates for employees will be posted to this valuable resource, located on the “Flu info source” tab on the Global News gadget in the upper, middle column of myGSK.All employees should view the “Protect Yourself Learning Module” on the Flu Information Source, and remember that frequent hand-washing is one of the best ways to protect yourself from the flu.
GSK’s antiviral program
The GSK pandemic preparedness plan provides one course of anti-viral therapy (either Relenza or Tamiflu) to each employee and his/her eligible family members. As a precaution, all countries in the GSK network are continuing to prepare for distribution of these medicines, though most are not dispensing to employees at this time. Mexico and the US are exceptions: we will be dispensing anti-virals to employees in those states in the US where swine flu infections have been confirmed.* If you live in one of these affected states and have registered your prescription with Sav-Rx, you will soon receive your medicine by mail.Employees will only receive one treatment pack of anti-virals for each individual. You will receive the treatment pack as a precaution; you should not take the medicine unless you think you have the flu. Please read the instructions that come with your treatment pack to determine when it is appropriate for you to take the medicine.
If you have not registered for this program yet, you will first need a prescription from your doctor for each individual. Then go to the Flu Information Source to register your prescription online. Once there, click on the “Country info & other resources” tab and then click on “Obtain your flu medicines” link. Then follow the prompts.
Travel and meeting advice
We’ve asked all business / site leaders to not travel so they can remain in place to manage our pandemic response, given that the situation is rapidly changing. However, the travel guidance issued on 27 April still remains, i.e., travel to Mexico by GSK employees should be limited to business or public health critical reasons, and given the uncertainty of the current situation, GSK employees should give careful consideration as to the need for any travel for business reasons. Employees who feel unwell should not travel. We would like business to continue as usual; however, you should use your best judgment, particularly in those states where flu is circulating. Do not put yourself at risk. In all cases, employees should abide by public health directives in local areas.Questions or Concerns
If you have any questions regarding GSK’s pandemic planning, please contact the GSK Response Center at 877-329-7264.Employees should consult the Flu Information Source on myGSK which will be updated regularly, including the FAQ section, and a Contact US area, where specific questions can be directed.
Again, it is time to prepare, not to panic. Our goal is to protect our employees in the event of a pandemic, and to ensure that we can continue to provide critical medicines to patients who depend on us. We will keep you informed as new information becomes available about this public health situation and GSK’s response.
Thank you,
Deirdre Connelly
President, North American Pharmaceuticals* States in which swine flu cases are currently confirmed: Arizona, California, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, and Texas.
